Recorded entirely in the Synthesizers, Yo discord voice channel, [dots] is an experimentation in compression algorithms as well as collaboration across state and country borders. The three tracks were all recorded in realtime straight from discord, not accounting for latency or any other delays. As such, the music moves slowly and shifts in the music are gradual as each performer transitions to the next idea. The entire album is a single totally improvised session, with track breaks to demarcate different moods and styles.
